Gaitherburg Law Office in the Federal Style

BA is excited to announce that the new law office building we’ve been working on is in the final phases of permitting. The client asked that his new 6,000 SF building display the permanence and prestige of a federal style building. Site conditions required some creative thinking in order to fit the programmatic requirements and the site requirements all on this small site. The building is two-stories with offices and conference room space located on both floors connected by a black metal and wood grand staircase. The building was designed to allow for a future elevator and the ability to convert the singular office into multiple small rentable office spaces if the client desired, in turn extending the usable life of this new building
