Bates Architects is excited to announce the successful opening of the new MegaMart Grocery Store located off Route 40 in Fredrick, MD. The 11,000 SF grocery store has large glass entry feature that allows natural light deep into the space, something lacking in many grocery stores, high ceilings, full commercial kitchen for prepared foods, bakery and pharmacy. Construction of this masonry and EFIS building was completed by Waynesboro Construction.
