Overview

Bates Architect’s first house on Deep Creek Lake is under construction and going up fast! The use of a
precast foundation wall system allowed framing to begin within a couple of weeks of the first shovel
going in the ground. Stay tuned for photos of the heavy timber framing which should be set in a few
short weeks.
