New Frederick Primary Care Building Topping Off

BA Architects was present for the traditional structural topping out ceremony for the Frederick Primary Care Medical Office Building project in New Market MD. Represented by Marty Bates, AIA and Mitch Goldberg the small evergreen tree was place on the building and the last piece of steel was signed by the owner, contractor and other members of the project team. The 20,000 SF two story medical office building will house the clinic space and medical offices for Frederick Primary Care Associates and Frederick Health and the shell building should be completed by the winter of 2024.
