Overview

Frederick Primary Care Associates began construction on their new Medical Office Building in Ijamsville Maryland. The 22, 000 square foot two story building is located at Old National Pike (MD 144) and Silverside Street. The building will house the new medical offices for Frederick Primary Care and will have space for lease to other medical office tenants. The project has received all site plan and building permit approvals. The site and building are being constructed by Waynesboro Construction Company and will be completed in the Fall of 2023.
