Overview

Bates Architects is designing a 35,000 SF, three story LEED Gold office building on a prominent location in the City of Gaithersburg, Maryland. The building, along with the additional parking & public plaza will exhibit features of environmentally responsible design including a Green roof, Geothermal Systems, sun control and day lighting features. This project had a budget of $4,000,000.
