Seneca Meadows Corporate Center Amenity Space

The corporate amenity space is the up-and-coming trend in commercial development. We had the pleasure of adding a new amenity space to the Seneca Meadows Corporate Center facility that will serve the surrounding campus. The new amenity center boasts a café, lounge, 35-person conference room, fitness center and locker rooms. Using the Property owner’s branding colors, we were able to create a modern yet fun and inviting space that gets utilized on a daily basis.
