Bio:

Marty Bates is a registered architect in many of the mid Atlantic States, a member of the American Institutes of Architects, NCARB and a member of the US Green Building Council. Marty has designed many different project types, from large corporate headquarters to modest size office buildings, parking garages, shopping centers to free standing retail shops, convention hotels and resorts to golf course clubhouses, industrial buildings and warehouses. He is a “hands on principal” and brings over thirty years of experience to each project.
