5275 Westview Frederick Lobby Renovation

We were tasked to make a narrow corridor single-tenant office space without a lobby into a modern, inviting and grand multi-tenant office building.  Thanks to the confidence of Avison Young in Bates, we made the decision to cut a hole in the second floor and create a vast and impressive lobby with adjoining elevator lobbies, glass stair tower and town hall amenity space.
