Tifany Manion Joins Bates Architects

We’re excited to share that Tifany Manion is taking on a new role as our Office Finance Administrator!

Tifany has spent the past few years helping run and grow a family business, where she wore many hats – managing operations, keeping finances organized, and finding better ways to keep projects (and people) on track. That hands-on experience gave her a deep understanding of what it takes to keep a business running smoothly day to day. “Working in a family business taught me how much every small detail matters. I’m excited to bring that same teamwork and problem-solving energy here and keep helping the company grow.”

In this new role, Tifany will be handling our office finance and administrative systems, supporting leadership and helping make sure everything behind the scenes runs efficiently.
