Bates Architects Adds Residential Services

Bates Architects is expanding its scope of service to include residential architecture! One of the first projects we have undertaken is working on this Historic home in Middletown, Maryland. The goal of this project is to complete an full renovation to include all new interior finishes and systems along with a rear addition which will complement the original fabric of this early 1900’s home.
