Bates Architects announces the completion of residential garage

Bates Architects is happy to announce the completion of a new residential garage in the City of Frederick. This new two-car garage – which also includes both a loft and small roof deck – replaced an existing dilapidated CMU block garage all while meeting the needs of the client, the site, and the HPC.
