Bates Architects newest rendering of brewery to be on East Street

BA has been retained to design a new brewery and tasting room for the cellar of a historic building in Frederick, Maryland. The space will include a two-story brewery, tasting and event room area, as well as an outside beer garden space. The upper level of the building is being considered for a reading room and used book retail area, though other options are being considered for this area as well. This project is currently early in the design phase.
