Frederick News Post Press Room Demolition Is Complete!

The demolition of the Frederick News Post Press Room Wing is complete! It has been more than 50 years since this façade of the Trolley Building has seen the light of day. As the General Contralctor (Commercial Building Contractors, LLC) wraps up this phase, the design team is preparing to complete the design for the exterior renovation and interior fit up of the building. Interior select demolition is also well underway and the Owner and project team hope to discover remnants of the history of the building. If old train tracks are found under the floor, it will be an exciting moment!  Plans for the new building include retail and restaurant space on the ground floor with brightly windowed office space on the second floor.
