It is almost time!

Forrest Popkin from Bates Architects just returned from Columbia, MD where Black Flag Brewing Company’s taproom offered a quick peek at the recently completed bar. Forrest had been working with Brian Gaylor, the founder of the Brewery, to bring warmth and character to the originally wide open warehouse space. The bar features the company logo above a large tap array that is connected directly to the large walk in cooler that will house all the Brewery’s kegs. The taps emerge from the sleek subway tiled back splash, which is washed with a clean even light below the salvaged barn wood.

BA will be sure to make the announcement when the Brewery is officially open for business. We are happy to see the project in the final stretch and help get Black Flag Brewing Company’s beers in the hands of thirsty customers in an inviting space. More photos to come.
