New MegaMart Grocery in Frederick, MD

Bates Architects is excited to announce the upcoming grand opening of the new MegaMart to be located off Route 40 in Fredrick, MD. The 11,000 SF grocery store will have a large glass entry that will allow natural light deep into the space, something lacking in many grocery stores, high ceilings, full commercial kitchen for prepared foods, bakery and pharmacy. Construction of this masonry and EFIS building was completed by Waynesboro Construction.
