Newest Rendering of Common Market to be on Seventh Street

The newest rendering for the Common Market – a work in progress – located on Seventh Street of Frederick, MD.

The design of this building is going to be very environmentally friendly with many “green features,” such as the electrical car charging stations, the addition of natural lighting by expanding windows and adding skylights, the replacement of all lighting and mechanical systems with more energy efficient systems and two featured living green walls.

The demo work phase of construction for this project was wrapped up in mid-May.
