Overview

Bates Architects finally has photos of a project that was completed in 2019! This historic renovation/addition project provided wonderful opportunities to reuse underutilized spaces, reimagine historic layouts, and provide private areas of reprieve from day-to-day life. The kitchen addition required quite a structural undertaking at the request of our client, and the reimagining of the vaulted unused attic space into a primary suite added valuable square footage to a beautiful historic home.
