Overview

Woodsboro Bank’s main goal with this relocation and expansion was to create an accessible, modern and ergonomic workplace for the corporate office functions while strengthening its reputation as an involved community bank. This new suite is 3,023 USF and included two facades looking out on to historic Market Street. The client’s image for the new office suite was an open, bright modern aesthetic with elements of the historic building to be weaved into the design where possible. Furnishings were required to provide ergonomic features for the staff and guests. Finish materials choices were to factor in both the modern aesthetic, as well as be environmental. Where private offices are still required by the function of the users, they wanted to ensure light from the windows was maximized and shared with the entire office space. The entry was to be inviting and open, with client amenities centered around the entry. These include the main reception area, conference facilities and a shared gathering area.
