His background includes Higher Education, K-12, commercial, industrial, aviation, multifamily, and residential design projects, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both large- and small-scale developments. Derek enjoys collaborating with clients and project teams to turn ideas into thoughtful, functional spaces that balance creativity with practicality.

Using tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and a variety of rendering and project coordination programs, Derek helps guide projects from early design concepts through construction, ensuring that the original vision is carried through every phase of the process.
