True Standard Distilling Company

True Standard Distilling Company is moving along quickly and will result in a stunning transformation of the historic building at 10 North Carroll Street. Bates Architects worked with the team of Adtek and CJL Engineers to design this state of the art facility. Keller is the General Contractor. The old filling station, repair shop and more recently an antiques sales shop will be the home of a new distillery and tasting room. The brick exterior of the old building was preserved and a new steel frame constructed within the shell to support the old walls and the new roof. The building will be completed in early 2024 for manufacturing and soon thereafter an exciting rum cocktail.
